PRICES AND INCLUDED SERVICES
The prices stated do not include a municipal residence tax of 3.60 euros (from January 1, 2014) per person (from 14 years of age) per day, which is paid on site. Children rates & additional persons:
For each additional person in the apartment we charge the following surcharges: Children up to 3 years Euro free, child from 3 to 14 years Euro 20,00/day, from 14 to 18 years Euro 26,00/day and for adults Euro 32,00 day.
UltentalCard
A HEAP OF BONUSES
Just one pass enabling you to explore this magnificent South Tyrolean landscape, practice your favourite sports and discover the local culture. The UltentalCard unlocks a multifaceted world of experiences in the Ultental Valley and throughout the region.
With the UltentalCard, a one-day round trip starts on the Schwemmalm cable car and includes free use of the Weissbrunn shuttle for hikers. Sports enthusiasts can use it to access the municipal swimming pool in Ultimo/Ulten, enjoy the open air ice rink in Pracupola/Kuppelwies and go cross-country skiing on the Ultental Valley cross-country ski trail. UltentalCard holders are also entitled to free public transport anywhere in South Tyrol!
The UltentalCard comes at no extra cost and is included in the price of your room. Issued on arrival, it remains valid for the duration of your stay.

GOOD TO KNOW
RATES
The prices are per day and for two persons. For a short stay until 3 days we charge Euro 25,00 apartement/day. Prices shown will from 1st/1/2014 attract a tourist tax of Euro 3,60 per person (aged 14 years and over) per day, payable on departure.
CHECK IN - CHECK OUT
Check-in from 2 p.m. Check-out 10 a.m.
PAYMENT
You can pay in cash (limit 2.999,99 Euro), by credit and cash card or cheque.
DEPOSIT
For the final reservation we require a deposit of Euro 200,00.
CANCELLATION
We charge your deposit as a processing fee or as a credit for your next holiday with us. In case of cancellation 4 weeks before arrival, 80% and 2 weeks before arrival 100% of the total booked arrangement price will be charged. In case of late arrival or early departure, we charge the total stay time.
BREAKFAST
you can book on request (additional charge) or profit of our free fresh-bread-service.

DOGS AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS

NON-SMOKING ROOM
Please have comprehension: all our apartments are nonsmoking-apartments.
SKI ROOM
A lockable ski room with ski shoe dryer and a garage to placing your bikes are at your disposition (free).
CHILDREN'S PAYGROUND, SUNBATHIND AREA AND CAR PARKS
are available for you and free of charge.
BUS STOP
next to the residence. (2 min by foot)
SUPERMARKET
The next Supermarket and butcher shop is near our residence. (2 min by foot)
COMMON LOUNGE
You can use our homely „old farmer-stube“ (=living room) as common and habitable room.
FINAL CLEANING
The final cleaning is included. If you desire an intermediate cleaning, we calculate Euro 20,00-30,00 depending on the size of the apartment (without kitchen).
